It was the turn of the Dare Devils to sit out this week (their match against Aberdeen University void after the University side's withdrawl from the AECL).
The DeC Rebels remain top of the table after a comprehensive victory over Inn at the Park on DP1. The Rebels won the toss, elected to bat first and posted a daunting total of 179 for 4 off 20 overs. Narendra (31 no) Siddesh (33 no), Kapil (34 no) and Vickram (34 no) all retired unbeaten. Pick of the bowlers for the Park were AndyC (3-0-22-1) and Sajid (4-0-19-0). In reply, the Park had a shocker of a start, starting their innings with three 3 ducks. Aqeel (35 no) and Masud (21) settled things down and halted the wicket frenzy for a while, however it was one way traffic and the Park eventually fell 66 runs short on 113 AO. Pick of the bowlers for the Rebels were Rahul (3-24) and Bhushan (2-9).
The Legends also remain unbeaten following a crushing 134 runs victory over the Knightriders at Allan Park Stadium. The Legends batted forst and posted a total of 186 for 2, with T Donald (32 no), G Gillanders (32 no) and A Milroy (31 no) all retiring. Pick of the bowlers for the Knightriders was Sabtel (2-22). In reply, the Knightriders collapsed to 52AO, with Rashid (11) top scoring. Pick of the bowlers for the Legends were G Hadden (4-13) and R Balsillie (2-6).
ATSSC beat Apache Gordonians by 49 runs at Countesswells. ATSSC batted first and posted a total of 146 AO. In reply, Apache Gordonians fell short on 97 AO (no further information provided).
St Ronald received a walkover against Caledonian.
