After the completion of league matches on Tues/Wed 27th/28th July, please provide details of the batsman and bowler your club are putting forward for this years awards. This year there will be separate awards for League 1 and League 2.

The award is based on league matches only and does not include the Oxy Cup competition or matches against Dutchmill or Aberdeen University. League matches up to and including 27th/28th July are to be considered only (rearranged fixtures in the first week of August are excluded).

Batting

Each team is to put forward their nomination for the batting award. Each team is to provide the name, number of innings, number of runs scored and the number of not outs (retirals to be classed as not out) for their nominated player (a minimum of 100 runs required to qualify).

Bowling

Each team is to put forward their nomination for the bowling award. Each team is to provide the name, number of overs bowled, number of runs conceded and the number of wickets taken for their nominated player (a minimum of 10 wickets required to qualify).

It is assumed that if the above information is not received by COB Friday 30th July, a nomination will not be being submitted by a team. After reviewing all information received, a judgement will then be made by the committee.

As discussed at the AGM, please try to support these awards. We appreciate not all clubs are maintaining full stats for the season, however please pick a few key players (you know who they are) and collate their contributions. Thanks.
