Thank you to those teams who nominated players for this years awards. We had a good response from League 1 this year, however less so from League 2 (a much more relaxed bunch in this league!!).

In League 1,  Batsman of the Year has been awarded to Prem Ballal (Dare Devils), who scored 202 runs from 7 innings (6 not out) for an average of 202. An exceptional performance this season. Special mention also to Graeme Gillanders (The Legends) and Kyle Humphrys (Apache Gordonians) for excellent performances this season.

Bowler of the Year has been awarded to Swapnil (DeC Rebels), for taking 15 wickets with an average / economy of 3.0 and a strike rate every 6 balls!! An exceptional performance in the Twenty20 format of the game. Special mention also to Rahul (DeC Rebels) and Suraj Menon (Dare Devils) for excellent performances this season.

In League 2, Batsman of the Year has been awarded to Kieran Findlay (Grammar 98), who scored 103 runs from 5 innings (4 not out) for an average of 103. Special mention also to Veeru (Royal Challengers) and Sadiq Farooqi (MCC) for excellent performances.

Bowler of the Year has been awarded to Prasanth (Royal Challengers), a key member of the League 2 winning side this season. Prasanth took 10 wickets with an average of 11.7, an economy of 6.1 and a strike rate of 11.5.

Each player will be presented with engraved tankards. Details of some of the key players are attached.
